1. Eligibility

The Platform is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Application Entry Fees

• Payment of an application fee does not guarantee selection.
• Winners are selected according to the Platform's selection process.
• Most applicants will not be selected.

4. Selection Process

5. Wallet and Account Balance

The Platform provides users with an internal wallet.

• Wallet balances are maintained in United States Dollars (USD).
• Deposits made in local currencies will be converted using exchange rates determined by the Platform.
• Platform exchange rates may differ from real-time market exchange rates.
• Deposits may require manual verification and may not be credited immediately.
• Users are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate.

Wallet balances do not earn interest.

6. Deposits

Users may fund their wallets using approved payment methods.

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Request proof of payment.
• Delay crediting deposits pending verification.
• Reject suspicious or fraudulent payments.
• Reverse payments that are later found to be unauthorized or fraudulent.

7. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of eligible wallet balances.

Withdrawal requests:

• Are subject to identity verification.
• May require manual review.
• Are not processed instantly.
• May be delayed during security investigations or compliance reviews.

The Platform reserves the right to reject or suspend withdrawal requests that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Applicable fees, minimum withdrawal amounts, and processing times may be updated from time to time.

8. Tasks and Rewards

Users may complete tasks assigned through the Platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Completion of a task does not guarantee payment.
• Submitted work may be evaluated for quality, accuracy, originality, and completeness.
• Reward amounts are determined by Platform administrators based on submission quality.
• Approved rewards may range from the maximum advertised reward down to zero dollars (USD $0.00) where work fails to meet required standards.

The Platform's evaluation decisions are final.

9. Courses and Quizzes

The Platform may provide educational courses and quizzes.

Users acknowledge that:

• Each quiz or assessment may only be attempted once unless otherwise stated.
• Retakes are not guaranteed.
• Text-based or written responses may be manually graded.
• Grading decisions are made at the Platform's discretion.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts.
• Share accounts with others.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or software to submit applications.
• Manipulate or interfere with Platform operations.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Copy or plagiarize work submitted by others.
• Attempt to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate action.

11. Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for reasons including:

• Fraud.
• Multiple account creation.
• Automated or bot activity.
• Payment fraud.
• Abuse of the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Activity believed to threaten Platform security or other users.

Where an account is suspended or terminated, the Platform may:

• Freeze the user's wallet during investigation.
• Cancel pending applications.
• Remove access to courses and services.
• Withhold rewards obtained through fraudulent activity.

Any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the outcome of the Platform's investigation.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, databases, and content made available through the Platform remain the property of the Platform or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described in that policy.

14. Availability of Services

The Platform aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be interrupted due to:
